SPM Practice 1 (Arithmetic Progression) : Question 10

Question 10

The sequence -11, -5, 1,…..is an arithmetic progression. State the three consecutive terms of this arithmetic progression where the sum of these three terms is 93.

[ Hint : For an arithmetic progression(AP), you add a fixed number (common difference d) to get the next term. Therefore you can list down any three terms in an AP as x, x + d, x + 2d]
